Lisa Biggin is an Expert UK Educational Coach, who specialises in change management and intuitive therapeutic coaching having worked in education for over 25 years. Lisa provides Interim Leadership to the educational sector.

Her leadership experience spans across six Headships in significantly challenging circumstances, including transformation out of special measures and to academy status.

First Headship aged just 29, a former National Leader of Education, NPQH assessor and NAHT Union Official, she has over 25 years experience in senior leadership and consultancy. She has undertaken very successful Interim Headteacher placements.

As a leadership and business therapeutic coach, she leads on the Intuitive Leadership Programme (ILP) for leaders across all organisations. As an Interim leader, schools can benefit from her expetsie and a safe pair of hands, to transform change manangement, strategic school improvement and impact on standards and achievement.

In recent years, she has qualified as a Grief and Bereavement Counsellor (O.A.Dip) and leads on HR Independent Investigations (ACAS trained) for businesses and schools.
